Memberships, Meetings and Minutes
The DLRC Library Committee shall consist of the Head Librarian and Librarians, and Subject Area Head of the different courses as follows:
SASE, SHSP, SBCS, SIHTM.
The DLRC Library Committee shall meet quarterly or more often at the discretion of the Head Librarian, or by petition to the Head Librarian of a simple majority of the Area Head of the different colleges. The agenda for the meetings shall be given to members of the Library Committee at least two days in advance.
A quorum shall consist of a simple majority of the Area Head, Proxy or in absentia voting is permitted. A simple majority vote will prevail.
Minutes are kept by the recording secretary (library staff member) for each meeting, prepared in accordance with the format set by the committee, and submitted in a timely manner to the Chairman of the committee for approval/acceptance.
